Welcome to Peak Mane! By using our website (peakmane.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Peak Mane is powered by Shopify. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - AGE REQUIREMENT AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Product descriptions are provided for general information. Colors and appearance may vary from images shown. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 - HEALTH DISCLAIMER (FOOD SUPPLEMENTS)

IMPORTANT: Our products are food supplements, not medicines.

Not Medicines:
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Statements have not been evaluated by Swissmedic or other health authorities
- This is not medical advice

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Purchases are for personal use only, not resale.

Prices are in CHF and include all applicable taxes (not VAT-registered). Shipping costs are additional.

Payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Twint, and others as shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses within Switzerland only.

International shipping may be available in the future. Please check back or contact us at info@peakmane.com if you are located outside Switzerland.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS

See our Return & Refund Policy. Swiss and EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Supplements must be unopened (hygiene products).

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and materials on our site are owned by Peak Mane or licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools. Use at your own risk.

Peak Mane is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for sales or products. You release Shopify from all claims related to purchases.

Do not use our Services for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to violate intellectual property rights. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Products and Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Results vary.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.

SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SWISS LAW, PEAK MANE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING HEALTH EFFECTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Peak Mane from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or use/misuse of products.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Zug, Switzerland.

EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law, including 14-day withdrawal rights and 2-year warranty for defects.

SECTION 16 - CONSUMER PROTECTION (EU/SWITZERLAND)

Swiss and EU consumers have:
- 14-day right of withdrawal (unopened products only for supplements)
- Legal guarantee of conformity for defective products
- Right to pursue disputes in country of residence (EU)

SECTION 17 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
