PEAK MANE uses concentrated extracts, not raw mushroom powder, meaning the active compounds are significantly more bioavailable.

Mushroom powder is simply dried and ground mushroom material. Extract is the result of a concentration process that isolates the active compounds from the raw mushroom. A quality extract can be 8 to 10 times more concentrated than equivalent powder by weight. PEAK MANE uses extract only.

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) and Cordyceps sinensis are two distinct species with different traditional uses. Lion's Mane is most commonly associated with mental clarity and focus, while Cordyceps is traditionally linked to physical endurance and energy.
